Carlton Plaza Baoba Hotel - Taubate

I stayed for a week on a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff was friendly, making me feel right at home. My room was always clean and comfortable, with plenty of AC outlets and free Wi-Fi. The relaxing pool and sauna were highlights, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Plus, I enjoyed some downtime in the lovely literature garden, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

I had a great stay here. The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center and the highway, making it easy to get around the area. The room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and provided excellent room service. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax and the garden area had comfortable furniture. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, which was very convenient.

Great location near many tourist spots and lovely views from the rooms. The breakfast was diverse and delicious with fresh fruits and local specialties. It was nice to have a pool for a quick swim and the staff was always warm and friendly.

Although the pool was nice, it was closed for maintenance during my stay. The noise from the ongoing construction was quite disturbing and started early in the morning.

The hotel facilities are clean and convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby shopping center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free. the breakfast was filling and varied.

the breakfast was amazing and offered a variety of delicious options. the view from our room was stunning, especially at night. the hotel was located near some great restaurants and shops which made it convenient for us.

The walls were thin and we could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms which disturbed our sleep. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.
